Sign In Or Sign Out
Create an account or sign in with your email address and an 8-digit code, and sign out.
You can convert files without an account. You need one to buy Convertable Pro. Sign in with your email address. There is no password.
Steps
Go to the Account tab and tap Sign In / Sign Up. If you tap Upgrade To Pro without an account, Convertable takes you here first.
Enter your email address and tap Continue.
If the address is new, enter your first and last name and tap Continue.
Check Your Inbox appears. Enter the 8-digit code from the email. Or tap the link in the email on the same device.
Sign Out
On the Account tab, tap the sign out button beside your name, then confirm Sign Out.
What You Get
- An account that holds your plan, so Pro works on every device you sign in on.
- Your monthly conversion count follows your account across your devices.
- You stay signed in until you sign out.
If It Doesn't Work
- No email arrived: check your spam or junk folder and that the address is right. After 60 seconds, tap Didn't Get The Email? Resend.
- Wrong email address: tap Use A Different Email Address.
- "Enter the code from your email.": the code must be 8 digits.
- "That sign-in link wasn't requested on this device. Start again from the app.": open the link on the device you signed in from, within an hour of asking for it.
- "You're already signed in. Sign out first to use a different account.": sign out first, then use the link.
Limits
- The code is 8 digits. You can ask for a new one every 60 seconds.
- Signing out removes your converted files from the app and your plan from the device. Your free conversions this month still count on the device.
- Sign back in to get Pro again on this device.
