The Free Plan, Convertable Pro, the Monthly and Yearly plans, and how buying works.

Convertable has a Free Plan and Convertable Pro. The Free Plan includes 3 conversions a month. Pro removes the limit.

Steps

Go to the Account tab and tap Upgrade To Pro. Or convert more files than your Free Plan has left, and the same screen appears.

If you are not signed in, sign in first. See Sign In Or Sign Out. The Pro screen then opens by itself.

Under Choose A Plan, pick Monthly or Yearly. Each shows its price in your own currency. Yearly shows how much you save.

Tap Subscribe Monthly or Subscribe Yearly, then confirm with the App Store.

Free Plan: 3 conversions a month.
Convertable Pro: Unlimited Conversions, Bulk Processing and Priority Support.
PDF tools are not counted on either plan.
Plans are Monthly and Yearly, both auto-renewing subscriptions.
Pro belongs to your account, so it works on iPhone, iPad and Mac when you sign in.
Monthly Usage on the Account tab shows, for example, 2 / 3. On Pro it shows ∞.
Prices and any offers are shown on the Pro screen and in the App Store before you pay.

Pro is not on after buying: make sure you are signed in to the account you bought with, then tap Restore Purchases on the Account tab.
"Your purchase is waiting for approval.": Pro turns on when the purchase is approved.
"The purchase didn't go through.": try again in a moment.
"Couldn't reach the App Store": check your connection and try again.

The 3 free conversions renew each calendar month. The month changes at midnight UTC.
Each file converted counts as one conversion. A batch must fit in what you have left.
Failed files do not count. PDF tools are never counted.
A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
You need an account to buy Pro. You do not need one to use the Free Plan.
