Edit Your Profile
Change the name and email address on your Convertable account.
You can change your first name, last name and email address at any time.
Steps
Go to the Account tab and tap the edit button beside your name.
Change your First Name, Last Name or Email Address.
Tap Save.
If you changed your email address, a Confirm Your New Email screen appears. Enter the code sent to the new address, or tap the link in that email.
What You Get
- Your new details on the Account tab.
- Your current email address stays active until you confirm the new one.
If It Doesn't Work
- No confirmation email: check spam, then tap Didn't Get The Email? Resend.
- "Enter a different email address.": the new address is the same as the old one.
- "You're signed out. Sign in and try again.": sign in again, then repeat.
- You tapped Cancel: your email address is not changed.
Limits
- You need to be signed in.
- A new email address must be confirmed before it is used.
