Install Convertable on iPhone, iPad or Mac, and see what you need to run it.
Convertable is one app for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Get it from the App Store on each device.
Steps
Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
Search for Convertable and tap Get. It is free to download.
Open Convertable. You land on Home. You do not need to sign in to convert files.
What You Get
- The same app on iPhone, iPad and Mac. A purchase of Convertable Pro on one device works on the others.
- Two tabs: Home, where you add files and start conversions, and Account, where you manage your plan and settings.
- The Free Plan, with 3 conversions a month. See Plans And Billing.
- 15 language versions. Convertable follows your device's language.
If It Doesn't Work
- Convertable does not show in the App Store: check your device meets the minimum. It needs iOS or iPadOS 18, or macOS 15, or later.
- A screen says Update Required: your version is no longer supported. Tap Open App Store and update.
- A screen says Back Soon: Convertable is down for a short time for maintenance. Check back later. See Check Service Status.
Limits
- Minimum system: iOS 18, iPadOS 18 or macOS 15.
- On a Mac, Convertable has one window. Closing it quits the app.
- On an iPad, you can open more than one window. They share the same account and plan.
