Short answers about Travelyfe. Each one links to the full guide.

Plans And Billing

How much is Pro, is there a free trial, and what is Lifetime? See Plans And Billing. It is the one place for plans, prices, trials and refunds.

How do I turn on Family Sharing? With Family Sharing, up to six people in your Apple family group get Pro too. Details are in Plans And Billing.

How do I get a refund, switch plans or cancel? See Plans And Billing and Change Or Cancel Pro.

What happens if Pro ends, or what is free and what is capped? Features that need Pro are marked with a Pro badge in the guides. See Travelyfe Pro for what Pro adds.

Does Pro work on all my devices? Yes. Pro belongs to your Travelyfe account, so it is on every device you sign in to. If it is missing on a new device, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases.

Account

Can I use Travelyfe without an account? No. You need an account to use Travelyfe. It keeps your itineraries on all your devices and lets you share them. See Sign In To Travelyfe.

Which sign-in methods are there? Email with a six-digit code, Continue With Apple, and Continue With Google. There are no passwords.

Can I change my email address? Yes, in Account > More Options > Settings > Edit Account. We send a code to the new address. If you signed in with Apple or Google, your email address comes from that account and cannot be changed there.

I used Hide My Email with Apple. Why do I have two accounts? With Hide My Email, your account uses Apple's private address. Typing your real email address makes a separate account. See Sign In To Travelyfe.

How do I delete my account, and can I get it back? Go to Account > More Options > Settings > Delete Account. Everything is deleted in one step and it cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want a copy. See Sign Out, Export Or Delete Your Account.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription? No. If your App Store subscription renews, tap Manage Subscription on the same screen and cancel it first.

Itineraries

Can I plan an itinerary with friends? Yes, and it is free. Invite people as an Editor, who can change it, or a Viewer, who can only look. Everyone needs a Travelyfe account. See Plan An Itinerary With Friends.

Are my itineraries private? New itineraries are private. Only you, and the people you share them with, can see them. A published itinerary has a public page. See Share An Itinerary.

How do I copy an itinerary I found on Explore? Open it and tap Save Itinerary. You get your own copy to change. See Find Itineraries On Explore.

Do I need Pro to publish an itinerary to Explore? Yes, for the first time. Browsing Explore, liking, saving and following are free. An itinerary that is already published stays on Explore if your Pro ends, and you can take it off Explore at any time. See Publish To Explore.

Can I add a second hotel? No. An itinerary holds one hotel. To pick a different one, tap the back button at the top. See Add Flights And Hotels.

Can I open a stop in Google Maps? Yes. Open a stop while editing, tap Get Directions, then choose Apple Maps or Google Maps. See See Your Itinerary On A Map.

What are the limits on an itinerary? A title can be up to 60 characters and an overview up to 240. You can add up to three tags. Travellers can be 1 to 32. A document can be up to 20 MB. You can import up to 31 photos at once. See Set Where And When You're Going and Keep Your Travel Documents.

What can I share besides a link? A set of images for social posts, or a PDF of the whole itinerary. See Share An Itinerary.

Data And Trust

What data do you collect and who can see it? The privacy policy sets out what we collect, why, and your rights. Your itineraries are visible only to you and the people you share them with, unless you publish one.

Are my travel documents encrypted? Yes. Documents are encrypted on your device before they are uploaded, and only your account can open them. See Keep Your Travel Documents.

How do I turn off analytics? Go to Account > More Options > Settings and turn off Share Usage Data. Crash reports are still sent when it is off. See Change Your Settings.

Is it safe to import from a link? Travelyfe sends only what you choose to import: the link and the page's text, or your photos, video frames or PDF. An AI service reads it to find the places. Nothing is sent until you start an import. See Import An Itinerary.

Can I export my data? Yes. Go to Account > More Options > Settings > Delete Account and tap Export Your Data. Exporting does not delete anything.

Devices

Is there an Android app? No. Travelyfe is on iPhone, iPad, Mac and the web at travelyfe.com.

Which versions of iOS and macOS do I need? iOS or iPadOS 18 or later, or macOS 15 or later. The web works in any up-to-date browser. See Get Travelyfe.

Is there an Apple Watch app? No. Travelyfe is on iPhone, iPad and Mac. It also has widgets and, on iPhone, Live Activities. See Add Widgets And Live Activities.

Does it work offline? Your itineraries are kept on your device, so you can read them with no connection. Changes you make offline are sent when you are back online. See Edit, Copy Or Delete An Itinerary.

Why is a feature missing on the web? A few features are in the apps only. On the web there is no Look Around, no 3D map, no Train between stops, no receipt reading and no FaceTime planning. See Find Your Way Around.

Which languages does Travelyfe speak? English (UK and US), Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), Russian, Spanish and Turkish. See Get Travelyfe.

Support

How do I contact support? In the app, go to Account > More Options > Settings > Request Support. You can also use the contact chat on ahmedmediagroup.com. See Get Support.

What should I include when I report a problem? The app version, which is at the bottom of Settings, plus your device and what happened.

How do I ask for a feature? Go to Account > More Options > Settings > Request Feature.

Where is the status page? At status.ahmedmediagroup.com. See Check Service Status.

Imports

Which sites can I import from? Links from TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Reddit and Google Maps, and most web pages. Instagram videos cannot be read. Save the Reel to your photos and import it with Upload. See Import From A Link.

Why did my import stop with "too many requests"? Imports are limited by your Pro plan. If you have used your allowance, imports stop until it resets. See Import An Itinerary.

Why did my import not find enough places? The video or page needs to name places in its caption, on screen or out loud. Imports that do not find enough places do not use your allowance. See Fix A Problem.

Developers And Assistants

How do I get an API key? There are no API keys. The API uses OAuth. Register your client, then the traveller signs in and approves access. See Authentication.

Can my own app import links through the API? No. Importing from a link or media is available only inside the Travelyfe apps. See Travelyfe API.

Which assistants work with Travelyfe, and what can they do? Assistants that support custom MCP connectors, such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. They can search Explore and read, create and change a traveller's itineraries. See Connect An MCP Client.
