- Open ahmedmediagroup.com and go to the Get In Touch section.
- Ask your question in the chat. Cosmo, our assistant, answers questions and helps with support.

What To Include
- The name of the app.
- The device you use and its system version.
- The app version. In Travelyfe it is at the bottom of Settings.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.

If It Doesn't Work
Check the status page first. If an app or the website is down, it shows there.
