Sharing And Planning Together
Plan An Itinerary With Friends
Invite people to view or edit an itinerary with you.
Planning together is free. Everyone you invite sees changes as they happen.
Invite Friends
Open the itinerary and go to More Options > Share Itinerary (or press ⇧⌘S on a Mac). Friends opens.
Tick the people you want. Each one starts as an Editor. Tap their role to make them a Viewer instead.
Tap Share With. They get a notification and the itinerary appears in their list.
Your friends are the people you follow who follow you back. To find someone else, type their username in Search Friends and follow them.
Editors And Viewers
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Editor | Change the days, stops, bookings, packing list and expenses. |
| Viewer | See everything, but not change it. |
Change Who's In
Open More Options > Share Itinerary again.
- Change a role: tap it and choose Editor or Viewer.
- Remove someone: untick them.
Then tap Update Members.
To leave an itinerary someone shared with you, go to More Options > Leave Itinerary.
