Connect An MCP Client
Let an assistant plan itineraries with Travelyfe.
Travelyfe has a Model Context Protocol server, so assistants that support custom MCP connectors can search, read and build itineraries for a traveller.
Connect Any Other Client
In your MCP client, add a custom connector with the URL https://api.travelyfe.com/mcp.
The client discovers Travelyfe's OAuth settings automatically and opens a Travelyfe sign-in page.
Sign in and approve access. The connector is ready.
MCP is the Model Context Protocol, the standard way an assistant connects to an app. The server speaks Streamable HTTP, the way MCP sends messages over a normal web connection. OAuth 2.1 (see Authentication) uses dynamic client registration, so the assistant registers itself and you need no client ID or secret.

To turn a web page, a PDF or images into an itinerary, the assistant reads them itself and calls create_itinerary. Stops it sends without a coordinate are placed on the map from their names. Assistants can't watch videos, so for a TikTok, Reel or YouTube video they point the traveller to Import in the Travelyfe app.
Itineraries created by an assistant are private drafts. Creating an itinerary for a destination and date the traveller already has is refused as a duplicate, so list first.
Travellers can disconnect a connector in the Travelyfe app or at travelyfe.com, in Account > Settings > Integrations.
