Sign Out, Export Or Delete Your Account
Your data and your account.
Sign Out
Go to Account > More Options > Settings > Sign Out and confirm. Your itineraries stay in your account, ready when you sign in again.
Export Your Data
Go to Account > More Options > Settings > Delete Account.
Under Export Your Account Details, tap Export Your Data. Save or send the file.
Close the sheet if you don't want to delete your account. Exporting doesn't delete anything.
Delete Your Account
Go to Account > More Options > Settings > Delete Account.
Export your data first if you want a copy.
Type DELETE in Type DELETE To Confirm, then tap Delete Account.
Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode if asked.
Everything is deleted in one step, and it can't be undone:
- Your account, email address and name.
- Your itineraries, on our servers and on this device. Itineraries you shared are removed for everyone.
- Your documents, images, friends and followers.
- Your usage history in our analytics.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. If yours renews, tap Manage Subscription on the same screen and cancel it first.
