Share An Itinerary

Send a published itinerary's link, post a set of images, share a PDF or send it in Messages.

Open the itinerary and go to More Options > Share Itinerary.

Send A Link

A published itinerary has a link to its public page. Tap Share Link to send it by Messages, email or any app, or Copy Link to copy it.

A private itinerary has no link. Invite people on Travelyfe as a Viewer or an Editor instead. See Plan An Itinerary With Friends.

People with Travelyfe open the link in the app. Everyone else sees it at travelyfe.com.

Tap Social > Carousel. Travelyfe makes a set of images: a cover, one for each day, and one at the end.

Choose a shape: 9:16 for Stories and Reels, 4:5 for an Instagram post, 1:1 for a square or 2:3 for Pinterest.

Edit the Caption if you like, and tap the copy button to copy it.

Tap Save, then Save To Photos or Save To Files.

The itinerary needs a title, a destination and at least one stop first. If something's missing, Travelyfe shows what.

Tap Social > PDF. Travelyfe builds a PDF of the whole itinerary. Tap Share to send it, print it or save it to Files.

With Pro, the PDF also includes the packing list, expenses and documents.

Carousel: Share Image downloads one image at a time.
Report: Share Report opens your browser's print window, where you can save it as a PDF. The web's PDF leaves out documents.

In a conversation in Messages, tap +, then Travelyfe.

Choose one of your itineraries, or use Search Itineraries to find it.

It goes into your message with its cover, title, destination and dates. Send it like any message.

People with Travelyfe open it in the app. Everyone else sees it at travelyfe.com.

In Messages, the list shows your published itineraries. To share a private one, invite people from More Options > Share Itinerary instead.

Travelyfe in Messages is on iPhone and iPad. On a Mac, send a published itinerary's link from More Options > Share Itinerary instead.
