Plan Together On A FaceTime Call
Plan an itinerary live with the people on your call.
On a FaceTime call, everyone can look at the same itinerary and change it together.
Start Planning
Open the itinerary and go to More Options > Share Itinerary.
In Friends, tap Plan On FaceTime.
- iPhone and iPad: if you're not on a call, choose who to call. If you are, the itinerary joins it.
- Mac: start a FaceTime call first, then tap Plan On FaceTime.
Everyone on the call joins the itinerary as an Editor, and sees changes as they're made.
While You Plan
While you plan, Planning Together shows at the bottom of the itinerary. Tap End to stop.
- Anyone already on the itinerary as a Viewer becomes an Editor.
- Everyone who joins becomes friends with the owner, so they're easy to invite next time.
- Nobody you've blocked, or who has blocked you, can join.
Limits
Everyone needs to be signed in to Travelyfe. Only owners and editors can start planning on a call. It isn't available on the web.
