Choose A Cover Photo
Pick the photo for your itinerary and each day, and see the weather on it.
Change The Cover
Open the itinerary and tap Edit Itinerary.
On the Overview tab, a stack of suggested photos of your destination appears in the corner. Swipe through them to choose one.
To use your own, tap Add Your Own Cover Photo, then Take Photo, Upload Image or Upload File(s). Remove Image takes yours away.
Each day has its own photo too. Open the day while editing and choose one the same way.
On the web, tap the camera button on the cover while editing.
Weather On Your Cover
The cover shows the weather you can expect: sun, cloud, rain, snow, wind, fog and more. When your dates are within the forecast, it's the forecast from Apple Weather. Further ahead, it's the usual weather for that time of year. It also follows the time of day, from dawn to night.
In Low Power Mode, or with Reduce Motion on, the weather stays still.
On the web, the cover always shows the usual weather for the month, not a forecast.
